2. Purpose
The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale (GCS) is to define the rights and obligations of Bzetrack and its customers in the context of the sale of electronic products offered on the bzetrack.com website.
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minimal differences between the photos and the actual product may exist.
Bzetrack cannot be held responsible for these variations.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).
Bzetrack reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. Order
The customer selects the products he wishes to purchase and confirms his order after checking its contents.
Any order placed on the bzetrack.com website constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
Bzetrack reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
6. Payment
Payment is made online using the methods offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, or other secure payment platform).
Transactions are secured by a payment system that complies with current standards.
The amount is debited upon confirmation of the order.
7. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination, but Bzetrack undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver orders within the indicated timeframes.
In the event of a delay in delivery, Bzetrack cannot be held responsible if this delay is due to a case of force majeure or an event beyond its control (delay by the carrier, strike, etc.).
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

Products must be returned in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on the part of Bzetrack .
9. Guarantees
All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer may request a replacement or refund of the product, subject to available stocks.
10. Liability
Bzetrack cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
Likewise, Bzetrack cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage linked to the use of the Internet network (service interruption, external intrusion, virus, etc.).
11. Personal data
The information collected during the order is necessary for its management.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by contacting contact.bzetrack@gmail.com .
